摘要
针对井眼轨道设计的内容、形式以及设计方法的多样性问题,提出了井眼轨道设计的广义方程.该方程与井眼轨道的具体描述模型无关,适用于定向井和水平井的二维和三维剖面设计.待钻井眼设计采用“空间圆弧段-稳斜井段”模型;绕障井段设计是将障碍物抽象为铅直圆柱;对于三维漂移轨道设计,除考虑最大井斜角和第一稳斜段外,还要确定初始方位角.通过对待钻井眼设计、绕障定向井设计和方位漂移轨道设计的分析。
In view of the diversity of content, pattern and design method of wellbore trajectory design, the universal equations, are presented. Since these equations have nothing to do with the concrete describing models of wellbore trajectories, they can be applied to various 2 D and 3 D well path configurations of directional wells and horizontal wells. The models for “space circular arc holding sections” are used to plan a reuision well path; to plan the section to bypass an obstacle, the obstacle is assumed a vertical cylinder. To plan the configuration of a 3 D drifit well path, the initial azimuth angle must be determined besides considerning the maximum deviation angle and the first hold angle sechon. Their correctness and universality are verified by means of analyzing how to plan a revision well path, a directional well to bypass obstacles and a drift well path. The theoretical model presented is simple and practical, and its computer software achieved expectant results.
