摘要
介绍了以环烷酸、三氧化钼和草酸为原料制备均相催化剂环烷酸钼的方法.用皂化法和蒸馏法对原料环烷酸精制,对影响该催化剂中活性物质钼的质量分数的因素采用了正交试验,并进行了综合分析,得到最佳试验条件:反应温度220℃,反应时间4h,反应物物质的量比为11(5~6),酸值w(KOH)为183.7mgg-1.在该条件下,产品中Mo的质量分数可达6.25%.对产品的检验证实了该催化剂对丁烯的环氧化反应过程具有催化作用,在一定范围内,随着产品中Mo的质量分数的增加,其催化效果越好.当w(Mo)为6%时,环氧丁烷的产率可达6.99%.
The method for preparation of molybdenum naphthenate homogeneous catalyst was introduced, which was made from naphthenic acid, molybdenum trioxide and oxalic acid. Refining the raw naphthenic acid by saponated method and distillation method, an orthogonal test was designated to understand the factors, which affect the qualitative ratio of the active material molybdenum and gave a synthesis analysis. The best testing condition was obtained: reaction temperature 220 ℃, reaction time 4 h, reactant mole ratio 1∶1∶(5~6) and acidity w (KOH) 183.7 mg·g -1 . At this condition the w (Mo) adds up to 6.25%. Examination of the products prove that the catalyst has the catalytic action in the process of epoxy reaction of butylene. And the more w (Mo) is, the better the catalytic action is. When w (Mo) is 6%, the yield of epoxy butane is up to 6.99%.
