摘要
介绍和分析了2009年11月10日巴西电网大停电事故全过程,包括事故的起始阶段、事故扩大阶段、系统崩溃阶段,指出伊泰普水电站交流外送通道与南部地区输电网形成复杂的电磁环网是造成本次事故扩大的网架基础。结合南方电网实际,从网架结构、电力系统三道防线方面提出南方电网应当从巴西电网事故吸取的经验教训。
The whole process of Brazilian blackout on November 10, 2009 is introduced and analyzed, including the accident happening, its development, and the breakdown of the power system. It is pointed out that magnetic ring grid consisting of southern Brazil transmission grid and AC transmission lines of Itaipu power plant made a physical basis for the accident expanding. The lessons from this blackout should be learned by China Southern Power Grid （CSG） in consideration of its network structure and its three defense lines.
