摘要
通过BZH-1型有机胺中和缓蚀剂在锦州石化公司常减压三塔顶的实验室可行性实验和装置应用实验,探索出了BZH—1有机胺中和缓蚀剂与无机氨混注这一提高三塔顶综合防蚀效果的新途径.
Through the laboratory feasibility test and commercial tests of BZH-1 organic amine neutralization corrosion inhibitor on the overhead of three towers of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, a new approach to improve the comprehensive corrosion protection results of the three towers by injecting BZH-1 organic amine neutralization corrosion inhibitor together with inorganic ammonia was successfully explored.
