加快新催化剂的开发迎接21世纪对石化工业的挑战 被引量:3

ACCELERATING NEW CATALYST DEVELOPMENT TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE TO PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN 21ST CENTURY

摘要 中国在炼化催化剂领域的开发和创新方面有着很大优势,拥有良好的发展机遇。裂化催化剂的制造技术取得了突破,已由作坊式生产转变为现代化生产。重油裂化催化剂的开发取得了很大进展,开发了双(多)沸石复合催化剂,加氢裂化催化剂不断有新品种出现,性能达到国际先进水平。不断开发与工艺相配套的水平较高的半再生和连续重整催化剂。石油化工催化剂性能好,国产化率已超过80%。应抓住机遇,集中力量,不断开发新系列催化剂,以保证在21世纪继续保持领先地位,要做到这一点,应从以下几方面入手:加强基础研究;开发环境友好的工艺和改善环境污染的催化剂;加快聚烯烃新催化剂的开发;开发新的催化材料;加强化学工程的配套研究开发;实现催化剂制造的现代化;加快催化剂的科研投入等。 China has good superiority in development and creation of petroleum refining catalyst and has favorable developing opportunities.The manufacturing technology of cracking catalyst has been converted from handworked to modernized production as a breakthrough. Great progress has been made in developing heavy oil cracking catalyst and dual/multi-zeolite compound catalyst developed. New hydrocracking eatalyst unceasingly appear and their performances reach the advanced international levels. High-level reforming catalysts for both semi-regeneration and continuous regeneration matching the relevant processes have been continually developed. Petrochemical eatalysts display good charecteristics and percentage of domestic production has already exceed 80%, It is pointed out that, China should take opportunities and put stress on developing new series of catalysts to guarantee its leading position in the 21st century. To accomplish the above mentioned works, it should start with the following aspects: strengthening the basic investigation, developing environmental friendly processes and pollution improving catalysts, accelerating the development of catalyst for polyolefins, developing new catalytic materials, strengthening the completion research and development investigation of chemical engineering, realizing the modernizaton of catalyst manufacturing and aecelerating capital invest in scientific research etc..
