摘要
介绍了一种全新的非扩散性物质传递的传质方法即纤维膜技术,并根据其基本原理研制了纤维膜接触器。通过在南京炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置上的应用试验并与常规法碱洗效果进行对比,说明研制的纤维膜接触器具有两相接触充分、分离效果好、生产效率高、无碱液夹带、节约投资等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
A new mass transfer method with non-dispersive material. called fiber-film technology was introduced.Based on its principle, a fiber-film contactor was developed.The comparison between the fiber-film commercial test and the conventional caustic washing in the atmospheric- vacuum distillation unit of Nanjing Refinery showed that the contactor has advantages of full contaction, complete separation, high efficiency, no caustic liquid entrainment,low capital cost, etc., having wide application prospect.
