摘要
常减压蒸馏装置电精制系统的电极电流常出现瞬间大幅度跳动，每月出现一、二次整罐乳化现象，电极间的绝缘吊挂每三个月就发生断裂，通过对这些问题的深入研究与探讨，提出了解决方案，并在实际应用中取得成功。
Instantancous pulsation of electrode current of electrical refining system appeared frequently in the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit. Emulsion in whole tank occurred one or two times per month and insulated hangers between electrodes ruptured only every three month. Through deep investigaion on these problems, solutions were proposed and problems were solved successfully in practical application.
