摘要
用荧光、紫外等分子光谱法研究了美他环素(MC)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用,考察了不同温度下MC与HSA的结合常数KA和结合位点数n,同时研究了Cu2+,Al3+,Pb2+,Ca2+和K+等金属离子对MC与HSA的结合性质的影响.基于F rster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移机理确定了荧光给体HSA与受体MC间的结合距离.
The interaction of metacycline with human serum albumin was assessed employing fluorescence and absorption spectral techniques.The binding constants and the number of binding sites of the metacycline with HSA were obtained.The effects of different temperatures and metal ions such as Cu^2+,Al^3+,Pb^2+,Ca^2+,K^+ on the binding of metacycline with human serum albumin were also studied.On the basis of the mechanism of the Forster energy transference,the energy transfer distance between the acceptors and HSA was found.
