摘要
武广客运专线采用无砟轨道形式,对结构物工后沉降提出了较高的要求。文中结合工程实例,介绍武广客运专线路基过渡段填筑的材料选择和施工工艺。材料选择隧道Ⅲ级围岩碎石掺加石屑和水泥,通过试验确定填筑频次、填筑厚度、碾压次数和碾压机具参数等,最终形成机械化、流水线作业施工流程,高效、保质、低成本完成了施工任务。
Ballastless track is adopted for Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, which has higher requirement for post-construction settlement of structures. Combined with engineering examples, this paper introduces material selection and construction technology of filling in subgrade transition section of Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line. The filling material uses tunnel grade-]]I wall crushed rock with stone chips and cement. Filling frequency, filling thickness, rolling times and rolling machine parameters are determined through test to form the construction flow process finally for mechanical and line operations and complete construction work with high effectiveness, high quality and low cost.
