摘要
甬台温铁路DK4＋090-＋644段路基为浸水及软土地基路堤，长554m，设计采用深长高压旋喷桩进行加固处理，最大加固深度达42m，加固效果良好，满足客运专线路基的沉降要求。文中结合该段路基的施工情况，介绍深长高压旋喷桩的啧浆配合比设计、施工工艺、质量检测及控制等。
554m long DK4 ＋ 090 - DK4 ＋ 644 Section of Yongtaiwen Railway is of immersion foundation and soft soil embankment. It is designed to be reinforced with deep long high-pressure jet grouting piles with the maximum reinforcement length reaching 42m, which receives good effect and satisfies subgrade settlement requirement of passenger dedicated line. Combined with the subgrade construction condition of this section, this paper introduces the grouting proportion design, construction technology, quality inspection and control of deep long high pressure jet grouting pile.
