摘要
作为现阶段铁路岩溶整治加固的主要注浆材料,单液水泥浆受其胶凝和时变特性的局限,在对具有较大开度的岩溶裂隙和管道处理时,存在诸多难题。在总结广西、贵州铁路沿线岩溶发育类型特征的基础上,文中对整治对象进行了概化分析,确定了构造有效注浆条件的单液注浆施工工艺流程,并确定了针对性的技术参数和要求。通过南广铁路黎塘西至桂平段路基岩溶整治工程现场测试,验证了工艺研究成果的有效性和实用性。
As the main grouting material for railway karst treatment and reinforcement at present, single liquid grout is applied to deal with karst fissure and pipes with larger opening, but there are many problems due to its adhesive and time varying characteristics. Based on summarizing the karst development characteristics along Guangxi and Guizhou railway lines, this paper analyzes the treatment objeet and determines single liquid grouting process flow for effective grouting together with the corresponding technical parameters and requirement. Through site test of subgrade karst treatment engineering in Nitangxi-Guiping Section of Nanning- Guangzhou Railway, it is verified the validity and practicability of process result.
