Determination of Isomers in Butylated Hydroxyanisole by GC

采用气相色谱法测定叔丁基茴香醚中两个异构体的含量。样品和对照以甲醇为溶剂,DB-1701色谱柱分离,在方法考察浓度范围内2-叔丁基-4-羟基茴香醚和3-叔丁基-4-羟基茴香醚具有良好线性。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以用于叔丁基茴香醚中两个异构体的测定。

A method for detemination isomers of butylated hydroxyanisole by GC was reported. Samples and reference were dissolved in methanol. A DB - 1701 column was used. Method have good linearity, ensitive and exactive, can be used in the detemination of the two isomers in butylated hydroxyanisol.
