摘要
酚醛泡沫是一种新型隔热保温材料,由于其轻质、隔热、阻燃等优点而具有十分广阔的应用前景。分别用常温法和高温法制备酚醛泡沫,并对2种不同的发泡方法进行比较。试验结果表明,高温法制备的酚醛泡沫在保证材料难燃的同时,其压缩强度及热稳定性明显提高,并且该工艺没有加入任何酸性固化剂,解决了常温发泡易发生酸腐蚀的问题。
Phenolic foam is a new type of thermal insulation material, and is of very broad application prospects for its light weight, heat insulation, fire-retardant and other advantages. In the experiments, the phenolic foam is prepared by normal-temperature method and high-temperature method,and the results of the two different methods are compared. In addition to flame retardant,tbe compressive strength and thermal stability of the phenolic foam prepared by high-temperature method are markedly improved. Since uo acid curing agent is added in the high temperature method, it solves the problem of acid corrosion occurred in normal temperature method.
