空心玻璃微珠改性丙烯酸乳液防火涂料防火性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 用机械搅拌法制备了空心玻璃微珠丙烯酸乳液防火涂料,利用隧道燃烧法测试了防火性能,对比了空心玻璃微珠用量对膨胀型和非膨胀型丙烯酸乳液涂料防火性能和火焰传播特性的影响。结果表明,随空心玻璃微珠用量增加,非膨胀型丙烯酸乳液涂料的防火性能呈先增强后降低的趋势,当用量为6%时,火焰传播长度和背火面温度较未添加的涂料分别下降约30%和15%。对膨胀型丙烯酸乳液防火涂料而言,空心玻璃微珠会抑制涂料中阻燃膨胀元素发挥作用,当空心玻璃微珠用量超过4%时,由于膨胀阻燃体系的发泡作用受限,涂层开裂脱落,致使涂料的防火性能有所降低。 The acrylic emulsion fireproof coatings modified by hollow glass microspheres were prepared by the method of mechanical stirring, and the waterproof property was tested by tunnel burning method. The influences of concentration of hollow glass microspheres on the fireproof performance and the flame propagation of the intumescent type and non-intumescent type acrylic emulsion fireproof coatings were compared. The results showed that,with the increasing of hollow glass mierospheres concentration, the fireproof performance of non-intumescent acrylic emulsion increased firstly,and then decreased. The flame propagation length and the unexposed surface temperature decreased by 30% and 15% respectively with 6% hollow glass microspheres. For the intu- mescent acrylic emulsion coating, the addition of hollow glass microspheres will suppress the function of the flame-retarded element, and when the content of the hollow glass microspheres exceeds 4%, the fireproof performance of the coating is deteriorated, because the expansion of coating was restrained and cracks emerged on the coating surface.
