摘要
针对我国油田开发中后期抽油泵采油中由于气体影响使泵效降低的问题,研制出一种套管定压放气阀。这种放气阀是通过控制采油压差,使气体驱动地层油流流入套管,并保证气液两相在泵进口处不发生油气分离,从而提高泵效的。介绍了这种放气阀的结构及工作原理;论述了关键零件弹簧的设计和放气阀定压值的计算,以及放气阀的使用特点、选井条件、安装注意事项和在大港油田的现场对比试验情况等。
In the light of low pump efficiency resulted in the effect of gas in the middle and later period of the development ofoil fields in China, a casing pressure lelif valve is ricveloped. This valve impinves the efficiency of subsurface pump bycontrolling oil well pressule difference and making gas drive formation oil stream into the casing. The structure of thevalve is described, the design of the spring in the valve and the calculation of the pressure determined for the determined for the valve areexpounded, and the characteristics of the valve, conditions for well selection, matters needing attention for the valve in-stallation and field tests of the valve ale introduced.
