摘要
分析了油管和抽油杆产生偏磨的原因,指出防止油管和抽油杆偏磨的有效措施是采用抽油杆扶正器。针对现有扶正器存在的问题,研制了具有扶正和刮蜡功能的新型抽油杆尼龙扶正器。新型扶正器分活动式和热固式两种。前者是由形状相同、内壁带凸校的两部分扣在一起,靠锁齿锁紧固定在抽油杆杆体上,而后者是将扶正器注塑在抽油杆杯体上。介绍了两种新型扶正器的规格和主要技术指标。热固式尼龙扶正器的现场使用情况表明,抽油杆断脱率大大降低,油管断裂、穿孔事故减少,检泵周期延长。
The causes of abrasion of sucker rod string and tubing string aie analyzed, and it is indicated that the effective measure for preventing the abrasion is using sucker rod centralizers. In the light of the problems with il1e existing and centralizels, a new nylon centralizer is developed. The net' centralizer is classified into movable type and hot setting type. Thestivctures of the tivo types of centlulizers ale intnduced, and their sizes an(l main technical indexes are given. Field service of the hot setting type nylon rod centlulizels shows that the rate of the rod breaking is decreased greatly and the period for pump checking is exte11ded after the use of the centlulizers.
