石油化工企业仪表及管控系统总体设计探讨

Discussion of System General Design for Petrochemical Enterprise Instrument Management and Control

从企业仪表及管控系统总体设计目标、硬件总体设计、软件功能总体设计、工程设计总体要求、仪表及管控系统实施策略几个方面，分析了石油化工企业仪表及管控系统总体设计需要考虑的内容。随着企业的经济与管理体制的改革以及计算机技术与信息技术的不断发展，这些内容也许会迅速为石化企业所采用。许多内容是结合当前国内一些石油化工企业与国外大型石油化工公司仪表及管控系统设置与使用的情况，以及对仪表及管控系统总体设计的认识，提出的一些看法。

This paper analyzes the contents which should be included in the system general design for petrochemical enterprise instrument management and control,considering system goal;hardware general design;general design of software function;engineering requirement;instrument management and control strategy.Along with reforming of enterprise economy and management system and development of computer technology & information technology,these contents may rapidly be adopted by our petrochemical enterprises.Most contents of the paper are based on application complexion of present domestic and oversea petrochemical enterprises and my cognition for instrument management and control.
