脊髓损伤病人血脂变化相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脊髓损伤病人血脂谱的变化与性别、年龄、损伤特征、肢体功能训练次数的相关性。方法:选择脊髓损伤一年以上的住院病人,空腹测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,应用单变量线性回归分析这四种脂蛋白与性别、年龄、损伤特征、肢体功能训练次数的关系。结果:HDL-C含量与每周肢体功能训练次数显著相关(β=0.034,P<0.005),LDL-C(β=0.031,P<0.038)、TC(β=0.54,P<0.003)与年龄显著相关。TG与年龄无显著相关,脂蛋白谱与损伤水平、完全/不完全损伤、性别无显著相关。结论:脊髓损伤病人的高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量与功能训练次数显著相关,运动训练有利于改善患者的脂蛋白谱。 Objective: To analyze the relations among lipid profiles and sex, age, characteristics of injury and times of exercise training in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods: The relations among levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol C (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol C (HDL-C), and sex, age, characteristics of injury and exercise training were analyzed by linear regression in 35 patients with spi- nal cord injury. Results: HDL-C was significantly correlated with times of training (β = 0. 034, P〈0. 005). The LDL-C (β=0. 031, P〈0. 038) and TC (β=0.54, P〈0. 003) were significantly related with age. The Lipid profiles were not related with injury level, complete/incomPlete injury. Conclusion: Exercise training can improve lipid profiles, increase HDL-C level in patients with spinal cord injury.
