摘要
建立一种径向永磁轴承系统,永磁轴承的设计便被简化为单端径向永磁轴承设计与分析。采用ANSYS磁场求解方法,建立单端径向永磁轴承3D有限元模型,分别得出动静磁环轴向宽度、径向宽度、截面面积和间隙对其径向承载刚度的影响,这为此类径向永磁轴承的设计提供了优化依据。
A radial permanent magnet bearing system is built up,so it con be simplified for design and analysis as a single-ended radial permanent bearing.The 3D finite element model of single-ended radial permanent magnet bearing is build by the solving method of magnetic field in ANSYS.The influence of the axial and radial width,section area and gap of both static and rotating magnetic couplings on the radial bearing stiffiness is acquired,which is the optimization basis for designing this type of radial permanent magnet bearing.
