Analysis and Optimization of Agricultural Vehicle Frame Structure

摘要 建立了以板单元为基础的某型农用车车架有限元模型,并对其进行了静态分析、模态分析和随机振动分析,分析结果与相关试验数据吻合,验证了模型的正确性;在此基础上,进一步建立了车架的参数化有限元模型和优化数学模型,并利用基于遗传算法的优化程序对其进行优化求解,取得了较理想的减重效果。分析结果为车架的改型设计提供了参考。 In order to obtain the static and dynamic characteristics of agricultural vehicle frame,finite element model(FEA) based on shell element was built and the analysis of static,normal and random vibrations were carried out.The analysis result met with the experiment data the model was verified.Moreover,both the parameterized finite element model and mathematic model of the frame were built and solved with optimization procedure based on genetic algorithm.The weight of the frame was decreased 17.2% after optimization.The result showed that the frame could be lighter and provided some theoretical reference for improving the frame design.
