总结60年来中国共产党领导全国人民建设、巩固和发展社会主义的经验,着重指出探索中国社会发展新道路、建设中国特色社会主义,必须解放思想;过去、现在和将来解放思想都是推进中国特色社会主义事业胜利前进的法宝。

This paper summarizes the history and experience of Socialist construction, consolidation and development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China over the past six decades. It emphasizes that emancipating our mind is the need to not only explore new road for the social development in China, but also construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The emancipation of the mind is always the trump of advancing the cause of the socialism with Chinese characteristics to victory in the past, present or future.
