摘要
详细研究专业铝型材挤压仿真系统(HyperXtrude)中的几何建模、几何清理、网格划分、边界条件设置等关键技术。运用HyperXtrude系统构建某幕墙横梁挤压仿真模型并进行了求解,获得了型材流速和型材变形情况,最后将仿真结果与试模结果进行比照,结果显示仿真结果与试模结果一致,根据分析结果,提出了模具修正意见。
The key technologies of the professional aluminium profiles extrusion simulation system(HyperXtrude),including geometrical modelling,geometry cleaning,grid partitioning and boundary conditions setting,etc.,are studied in this paper in detail.HyperXtrude system is used for modelling the extrusion simulation of a beam of a certain curtain wall and for finding the solution of the simulation model,and the flow velocity and deformation of the profiles are obtained.The simulation results are proved to be in accord with the die trial results through the comparison finally.The amendment idea on die design is brought forward based on the analysis result.
