摘要
煤矿安全管理系统是一个复杂的非线性系统,具有随机性、模糊性和不确定性特征。应用层次分析法AHP(analytical hierarchy process)和模糊综合评价FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)的基本理论,针对煤矿安全评价因子建立层次结构模型,构建比较矩阵,将成对比较矩阵的特征向量作为安全评价的权重,确定了评价因子的影响力排序,建立了煤矿安全评价指标体系,提出了一种新的煤矿安全评价方法,为煤矿安全和监控管理提供了依据。实例计算结果表明:AHP-FCE方法简便和通用,不仅能指导生产实际,而且为类似的方案优化工作提供了一种新的思路和方法。
Coal mine safety management system is a complex nonlinear system,which is of random,fuzzy and uncertain in characteristic.Based on analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) theories,in this paper we established the hierarchical structure model in view of assessing factors about major hazard installations in coal mines,and built up the comparison matrix.Taking eigenvectors of pairing comparison matrices as the safety assessment weights,the influence order of the factors was determined.Assessment index system of hazard degree of mines was set up,and a new method of assessing hazard installations of the coal mines was proposed,which provides the basis to mines'safety,monitoring and management.Exemplified calculation result shows,the AHP-FCE model is simple,convenient and universal.It can guide practical production,and also provides a new thought and way for optimising similar dangerous matter source scheme.
