介绍先进控制软件——IDCOM在广州石油化工总厂400kt/a连续重整装置上的应用情况。经400多天的运转表明,该软件运行情况良好,在装置负荷为70%左右时,重整汽油收率增加0.32个百分点,汽油辛烷值RON提高0.2个单位,纯氢产率增加0.06个百分点,重整加热炉燃料气消耗下降了61m3/h,同时提高了产品质量和装置运行的安全性,每年可获得可计算的经济效益179.21万元。按目前使用状况三年可收回实施先进控制软件的投资。随着使用水平和装置负荷的提高,效益将更加显著。
The application of advanced process control software IDCOM on 400 kt/a CCR unit in Refinery of Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex was introduced. The software was worked well during th 400 day running. At about 70% unit throughput, the reformate yield was increased by 0.32%, RON was raised by 0.2, hydrogen yield was increased by 0.06 and the fuel gas consumption of the heater decreased by 61 m 3/h. The product quality and safety operation were also improved. The annual economic benefit was 1.79 million yuan and the investment can be recovered within 3 years. It is expected that the economic effect can be further increased with full capacity operation.
