摘要
通过对液压支架设计变量分析,采用MATLAB软件开发了一套液压支架四连杆机构优化设计系统。通过人机交互界面把支架设计变量输入到该系统,实现了对四连杆机构结构尺寸和铰接点坐标的优化设计;优化设计的四连杆机构满足双扭线轨迹曲线偏摆量,并可以降低支架连杆的重量。液压支架四连杆机构优化设计系统代替了人工设计,大大缩短了设计周期,提高了设计精度。
By analyzing design parameters of powered support, this paper applied MATLAB software to developing a set of optimized design system of four-bar linkage structure of powered support. Inputting design parameters into this system with human-machine inter- active interface, it realized optimized design for structure size of four-bar linkage structure and coordinate of linkage point. Four-bar linkage structure from optimized design met the need of swing of twisted-pair orbit curve and might decrease weight of connection rod. This optimized design system substituted artificial design and largely shortened design period and improved design precision.
