5-氟水杨酸的合成

Synthesis of 5-Fluorosalicylic Acid

摘要 以易得的5-硝基-2-氯苯腈为原料,经水合肼还原,采用改进的Schiemann反应氟化和碱性水解得到5-氟水杨酸,总收率达55.7%. 5-fluorosalieylic acid was prepared from 2-chloro-benzonitrile by nitration, reduction with hy- drazine hydrate, which was converted to 5-fluoro-2-chlorobenzonitrile through improved Schiemann reaction and then hydrolyzation with NaOH with an overall yield of 55.7%.
