The Function Design of Hydropower Plant AVC in Zhejiang Power Grid and Its Application

摘要 电压质量是衡量电能质量的主要指标之一,浙江电网电压动态调控能力不足,无功资源分布不均衡,因此需要加强电网的电压/无功控制能力。根据浙江电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统建设的要求,介绍了浙江电网水电厂AVC系统的结构运行模式、调节模式、控制模式、AVC系统无功分配值计算、无功分配原则及AVC系统安全运行条件,所介绍的方法已经在浙江紧水滩水电站及珊溪水电站实际应用,并证明是行之有效的。 Voltage quality is one of the major quality indicators for a power grid. Because of the inadequate dynamic voltage control ability and unevenly distributed reactive power resources, there is a need for Zhejiang Power Grid to strengthen its voltage/reactive control ability. Based on Zhejiang Power Grid's construction requirements for automatic voltage control, this paper describes the operating mode, regulation mode, control mode, calculation of the assigned value of the reactive power and the related conditions for AVC's safe operation of Zhejiang Power Grid Hydropower Plant Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) . The methods described in the article have been applied to Jinshuitan Power Station and Shanxi Hydropower Station in Zhejiang and have been proved to be effective.
