摘要 以聚乙烯(PE)为基础树脂,采用共混改性及偶联剂表面处理等技术,研究了不同阻燃剂对PE物理性质及燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量红磷和A151偶联剂,可以减少无卤阻燃剂的添量,提高各组分的相容性,获得具有良好力学性能及优异阻燃效果的专用料。 Use polyethylene ( PE ) as basic resin, the affection of different fire retardant to PE physical property and combustion property is studied with techniques of blending modification and coupling agent surface treatment, etc. Result shows that when adding suitable amount of red phosphorus and A151 coupling agent, the addition of halogen-free retardant can be decreased and the compatibility of ingredients is improved, special compound with good mechanical property and superior fore retardant efficiency is thus obtained.
