乙烯装置副产C_5合成DCPD石油树脂的试验

Experiment of Synthesizing DCPD petroleum Resin With By-product C5 from Ethylene Unit

以乙烯装置副产Ｃ５为原料，采用工艺简单、成本较低的热聚合方法在实验室合成ＤＣＰＤ石油树脂。结果表明，ＤＣＰＤ浓度在４５％～５０％时，可得到软化点≥１２０℃，色相（Ｆｅ－Ｃｏ比色）≤５＃，收率≥１５％（以原料Ｃ５为基础）的ＤＣＰＤ石油树脂。

With thermopolymerization process which is simple in process and low in cost to synthesize DCPD petroleum resin in laboratory by using by-product C5 from ethylene unit as raw material. Experiment result shows that when concentration of DCPD is 45 %～50 %, DCPD petroleum resin can be obtained with softening point≥120 ℃, color phase ( Fe-Co color ratio )≤5#, yield≥15 % ( based on C5 as raw material ).
