摘要 修饰柑橘果胶(MCP)是一种复杂的水溶性多糖,从柑橘果皮和果肉中提取果胶并通过高pH和高温处理修饰制备而来。本文综述了MCP的最新研究成果:在动物实验中,MCP能降低实验动物血糖、血脂,并增加瘦素;临床试验表明MCP不仅可以通过抑制半乳凝素-3的表达而起到对癌细胞转移的抑制作用,还能够作为一种安全、无毒的方式来螯合铅、砷等重金属。 Modified citrus pectin (MCP) is a complex water soluble indigestible polysaccharide which is obtained from the peel and pulp of citrus fruits and modified by means of high pH and temperature treatment. The newest researches about MCP was summarized: in animal experiment, blood sugar and blood fat decreased, and leptin increased; Clinical research indicates that MCP could not only effectively inhibit liver metastasis by inhibit galetin -3's expression, but also may represent a safe, non-toxic method of chelating toxic metals.
