摘要 玉米胚芽含丰富的人体必须营养素,利用玉米淀粉厂副原料玉米胚芽,经先进的生产工艺与技术,开发纯天然植物蛋白饮料,既可充分利用我国粮食资源,增加粮食附加值,还可以对淀粉厂产品进行综合利用,同时为食品行业增加新型植物蛋白饮料。 Corn germ protein contains rich nutrients. The corn germ protein as the materials of the corn starch factory can be made into natural vegetable protein drink by advanced manufacturing technology. It is helpful to both making full use of China's food resources, increasing in food value, comprehensive utilization of the starch factory products and increase the new plant protein drinks for the food trade.
