摘要
分析了丙烯腈单程收率下降的原因,通过对反应器催化剂补加系统的改造和补加方式的改进及正交试验,对反应器工艺操作参数进行优化,使反应器床层催化剂的丙烯腈单程收率由76.5%提高到78.9%。
Causes of acrylonitrile yield per pass decreasing are analyzed, through improvement to the reactor catalyst make-up system and catalyst make-up mode and orthogonal test is made to optimize the process operation parameters of reactor, so that the acrylonitrile yield per pass increased from 76.5 % to 78.9 %.
