通过小试和工业试验，找出影响水质的主要原因并对装置进行改造，筛选最佳水处理剂；经过调整试验，降低了处理水的杂质含量，使其水质指标达到胶体硅≤０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ、浊度≤２ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＣＯＤ≤２ｍｇ／Ｌ的要求，取得了满意效果。

Main causes of affecting water quality are found out through pilot test and industrial test and improvement is made to the unit. Through adjustment and experiment, the impurity contents in treated water is decreased, water quality figures meet the requirement of colloidal silica≤0.5 mg/L, turbidity≤2 mg/L, COD≤2 mg/L.
