摘要
介绍一种非分光红外气体传感器,采用单光束双波长差分探测技术、多次反射式怀特样品池结构、滤光片一体化红外探测器和低噪声前置放大器.能够同时检测瓦斯中多种气体,对矿井中有害气体的浓度进行实时监控.
The essay introduces a neously detect a variety of gases in non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensor which not only can simultamashgas , but also can real-timely monitor the concentration of the toxic gases in the mine by means of using the single-light beam and dual-wavelength differential detection technology, the structure of the multi-reflective white sample pool, integrative infrared filter detector, and low-noise preamplifier.
