摘要
以Tween-80为乳化剂,乙醇或正丁醇为助乳化剂,油酸乙酯或乙酸乙酯为油相通过滴定法制备药用微乳液,绘制伪三元相图.选择合适的微乳体系进行环丙沙星的增溶实验.结果表明助乳化剂的碳链长度,油相的结构以及滴加顺序对微乳的形成均有影响;微乳区中合适比例的微乳体系对环丙沙星具有较为明显的增溶作用.
Pharmaceutical mlcroemulsions were prepared by titration method from Tween-80 (emulsifier), ethanol or n-butanol ( assistant emulsifier), ethyl oleate or ethylacetate ( oil phase). Three-component phase diagrams were plotted. Suitable microemulsion systems were chosen to enhance the solubility of ciprofloxacin. The results showed that the formation of microemulsions was affected by assistant emulsifier, oil phase composition and titrating order and the ciprofloxacin solubility was significantly enhanced by a suitable microemulsion composition.
