摘要
本文首先建立平价环境治理能力的指标体系,并用因子分析法对江苏省13个地级市的环境保护治理能力进行综合比较和评价,从分析结果我们可以看出:近几年,江苏省的环境治理状况取得了长足进步,但其环境治理能力不协调,各地区的环境治理规模和效率均有待于提高,例如南京、南通的环境治理规模较大,但其环境治理效率却较低,并根据以上分析提出相应的政策建议。
Firstly in the article which building a evaluation system of environmental management ability, and applying factor analysis method to comparison analysis of environmental protection and management ability, to Jiang Su province city of 13 ground levd. We can draw a conclusion that recently years environmental management issues has been huge progress but environmental management ability does not coerdination and the environmental management should be improve in size and effectiveness , for instance , the size of environmental management in Nanjing, Nantong are large but ineffective. So according to the analysis of the above show some countermeasures.
