摘要
本文研究用自制的Mg-β和Fe-β沸石催化剂催化马来酸酐与甲醇酯化反应合成马来酸二甲酯。首先研究了煅烧温度对两种催化剂活性的影响,确定其最佳煅烧温度分别为550℃(Mg-β)和350℃(Fe-β)。在此基础上,用这两种催化剂研究了酯化反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对马来酸二甲酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:温度105~110℃、Mg-β沸石催化剂用量为0.3%或Fe-β沸石催化剂用量为0.5%。在此条件下,12h内二酯得率趋于稳定,最高达到93.74%(Mg-β沸石催化剂)和91.91%(Fe-β沸石催化剂)和H-β沸石分子筛效果相近。
This work studied using Mg-β and Fe-β zeolites as the catalyst of the esterificatin of methanol and maleic anhydride. First,the calcination temperature was investigated and found best at 550℃ for Mg-β catalyst and best at 350℃ for Fe-β catalyst. Then, the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of the catalysts on the yield of dimethyl maleate were also investigated.Experimental results indicate that there exists an optimum reaction temperature and catalyst amount. For the Mg-β catalyst,the amount is 0.5 percent of the maleic anhydride, and it lows to 0.3% for the Fe-β zeolites. Both catalysts behave best at 110℃, the yield of dimethyl maleate reach 93.74% (Mg-β catalyst) and 91.91% (Fe-β catalyst) after 12 hours reaction.
