新型水下碳纤维增强密封材料的研制

Preparation of a new type underwater sealing material reinforced by carbon fiber

摘要 本文对比了碱式法和酸式法活化碳纤维增强的聚氨酯材料,采用酸式法活化碳纤维增强材料的机械性能比碱式法所得的增强材料高10%左右,增强材料的碳纤维添加量在15%~20%左右为宜。 The polyurethane reinforced by carbon fiber activated in alkaline mode and acid mode were compared in this paper, and the mechanical properties of the composite reinforced by carbon fiber activated in acid was 10% more than that of carbon fiber activated in alkaline. The suitable amount of carbon fiber adding into composite is 15%-20%.
