摘要
为了鉴定嘉峪关戏台建筑彩画使用的胶料,使用氨基酸分析法测定了古代常用胶料鸡蛋、动物胶及奶类三种物质的氨基酸组成比.分析了嘉峪关戏台建筑彩画样品,通过将样品和标样的氨基酸组成比进行主成分分析,确定了样品胶料的种类.得出了嘉峪关戏台建筑彩画是采用动物胶作为彩画胶结材料的结论.
In order to identify the binding media from a theater in Jiayuguan pass, an amino acid analysis was employed to distinguish the egg, animal glue and casein which are commonly used as binding media in ancient times. From the results of the analysis, the composition characters of these binding media were discovered. According to the principal component analysis of the samples' amino acid ratios which came from the theater in Jiayuguan pass and the standard binding media's amino acid ratios, the category of the binding media of the samples were determined. It was concluded that animal glue was the primary binding media in the drawings in the theater in Jiayuguan Pass.
