意大利中小企业融资的成功经验及启示

The Successful Financing Experience of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Italy and the Enlightenment to Us

中小企业是我国现代经济发展的生力军,它带动了我国经济结构调整、扩大就业以及保障社会稳定,是我国经济发展的重中之重。但是,资金缺乏与融资难问题又严重制约着我国中小企业的发展。本文探讨了意大利中小企业融资的成功经验,分析了我国中小企业融资的现状与特征,最后结合我国国情和中小企业发展的特点,并借鉴意大利的成功经验,提出建立有中国特色的中小企业政府融资支持体系的建议。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the major force of China＇s contemporary economic growth. They play an extremely important role in China＇s economic development, driving the economic restructuring, creating jobs and maintaining social stability. However, development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is seriously restricted by fund scarcity along with financing difficulty. This paper discusses the successful financing experienee of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Italy. It analyzes the current financing situation and the characteristics of the small and mediumsized enterprises in China. Based on the status analysis and the case study in Italy, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of government financing support system for the small and medium-sized enterprises with Chinese characteristics.
