摘要
通过对宝钢热镀锌机组(1#、3#机组)的核心设备——锌锅感应加热器控制方式及主要设备特点的比较,阐述了锌锅感应器的电源输入方式,如何解决电源的相平衡问题,以及SCOTT变压器的应用特点。同时探讨关于锌液温度的两种控制方式。
Compared with the control mode of zinc boiler induction heater and characteristics of main equipmet of hot galvanizing line of Baosteel, it represeted the power supply input method of zinc boiler inductor, problem of solving the power phase equilibrium and application characteristics of SCOTT transformer. Moreover, it discussed two control modes of Zinc liquid temperature.
