摘要
针对一般办公建筑节能问题,通过对上海市一项具体工程案例的建筑能耗建模比较和技术经济性分析,从建筑围护结构、用电耗能系统等多方面进行节能优化,调整能源消费构成,并提出此类型建筑物的节能措施适用性。
Aimed at the energy saving problems of general office buildings, the case of a specific project in Shanghai was taken as an example. And according to the energy consumption＇s simulation and comparison,the economical and technical analysis, the building was energy-saving optimized from the building envelope, electrical consumption system etc.. And the composition of energy consumption for the building was adjusted. The applicability of the energy-saving measures for such building was also proposed.
