摘要 基于直流屏的电源监控系统的各模块功能划分与采样通道多等特点,设计了以MSP430单片机为控制核心,CPLD扩展端口的控制系统。比较分析了几种直流系统常用的绝缘检测方法,采用乒乓式变电桥测量法,实现了接地电阻的准确在线测量。现场运行表明,控制系统具有测量精度高、测量快速、可靠性高以及成本低等优点。 Based on function partition of modules and much sampling channels of power monitoring system for DC screen, a control system which takes MSP430 as control core and CPLD as extending ports is designed. The insulation methods of several DC systems are compared and analysed. A ping-pang variable bridge measurement is adopted. The ex- act on line detection of grounding resistance is realized. The field operation shows that the control system is high detecting precision, speeding detection, high reliability and low cost.
