开关电器电弧的温度检测研究

摘要 针对开关电器电弧提出了一种温度测量的方法。采用光学诊断技术,通过光谱理论使用CCD、干涉滤光片和中性滤光片来测量电弧温度。设计了电弧的图象采集实验装置。针对电弧等离子体温度场分析中Abel逆变换的计算,应用图像预处理技术,包括小波变换技术去除图象背景噪声以及采用Sobel算子对图象进行边缘提取,推导了电弧温度检测公式。获得了开关电器电弧的温度分布。为开关电器电弧温度检测提供了一种有效的检测方法。 According to apparatus switching arc, a temperature measurement method is presented in this paper. Optical diagnosis is applied. And CCD,interference filters and neutral density filters are applied to measure arc temperature ac- cording to plasma spectroscopy in air. Experiment device obtaining images are designed and built. According to the Abel inversion in the analysis of arc plasma temperature field, and image pretreatment is applied. Including image background noise is removed by wavelet transforms and image edges are obtained by Sobel operator. Arc temperature measurement e- quation is presented. And arc temperature distribution is obtained. The apparatus switching arc temperature measurement is given an effective method.
