一种用于单相整流类负载PFC电路的研究

摘要 针对当前整流类负载中多数功率因数校正(PFC)电路较复杂、元器件多、成本较高、效率低且大都用于中小功率电路的局限,通过分析单周期控制原理及实质,采用IR1150S设计了一种基于单周期控制适合用于中大功率的功率因数校正电路。实验结果表明,该电路简单、动态响应快,而且通态损耗小,适合应用中大功率电路。 For the majority of the current rectifier power factor correction circuit is more complex, multi-component, high cost, low efficiency for small and medium power circuit, By analyzing the basic principle and substance of the single-cycle control, high-power correction circuit suitable for medium and large power is designed in this paper. The experimental results show that the circuit is simple ,fast dynamic response, and the on-state loss is small, suitable for medium and high power.
