PLC在交流电机速度闭环控制中的应用

摘要 研究了基于PLC控制的交流电机速度模糊闭环控制系统。构建了基于PLC的控制系统软硬件结构,并对模糊控制器的模糊变量、控制规则等进行了设计。最后通过数字仿真测试验证了所设计的模糊控制闭环系统能够有效控制电机的速度,性能良好。 The speed fuzzy closed-loop control system of AC motor based on PLC control is studied. The hardware and software constructions of the control system based on PLC control are built and the fuzzy variable and control rules of the fuzzy controller are designed. Finally, the simulation test results show that the fuzzy control closed-loop system can efficiently control the motor speed and its performance is fine.
