摘要
目的:对当前主流的药房分流系统进行优化。方法:列举收费、药房系统的优化措施,阐述"处方动态分配"和"药房标签综合运用"等方法的实现方式。结果:通过流程的优化,针对性地提高了门诊药房的运行效率,提高了医院的管理水平。结论:在提高门诊药房运行效率的同时使服务更加人性化。
Objective To optimize the current mainstream pharmacy diversion system. Methods The optimization measures of charge and pharmacy system were listed and the realization methods of prescription dynamic allocation and integrated use of pharmacy label were discussed. Results The adoption of process optimization was targeted to improve the operation efficiency of outpatient pharmacy and the management level of the hospital.
