Realization of DICOM-Image-based Computer-aided Measuring Software for Cardiothoracic Ratio

目的:阐述基于DICOM影像的计算机辅助测量计算心胸比率软件的实现原理。方法:该软件通过VC++6.0及LEADTOOLS工具包在Windows 2000操作系统中开发实现。结果:该软件可成功实现计算机辅助测算DICOM胸片影像心胸比率的功能,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。结论:相对于传统人工方式,该软件显著提高了心胸比率测量计算的速度和精度,同时避免了胶片污染,具有广阔的应用前景和极大的推广价值。

Objective To realize a DICOM-image-based computer-aided measuring software for cardiothoracic ratio. Methods The software was developed with VC ＋＋6.0 and LEADTOOLS toolkit under Windows 2000 Operating System. Results The software could calculate eardiothoracic ratio of DICOM image, which achieve desirable results in practice. Conchusion Compared with traditional artificial method, the software has high speed and accuracy and no need for the film, and thus is worth popularizing.[ChJnese Medical Equipment Journal,2010,31 （4） ：56-57,59]
