3种精确放射治疗模式在肺癌中的剂量学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:在非小细胞型肺癌放射治疗中,将3种不同的精确放射治疗模式进行比较,以期寻求出一种较优化的放疗方案。方法:回顾性研究15例曾在医院进行三维适形放疗的病例,在原有靶区的基础上重新设计三维适形、简易调强放疗(sIMRT)和调强放疗(IMRT)3种精确放射治疗计划,将3种计划进行比较,并对适形指数、剂量分布均匀度等指标进行分析和评价。结果:对于非小细胞型肺癌,sIMRT技术在靶区均匀性及对危及器官的保护方面优于3D-CRT技术,而略逊于IMRT,但其占机时间明显少于IMRT,从而节约了人力及机器资源。结论:sIMRT技术在非小细胞型肺癌的应用中具有较好的性价比。 Objective To compare three precise radiotherapy modalities for non-small cell lung cancer, and to find a better radiotherapy scheme. Mothods 15 cases undergoing three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed, whose radiotherapy schemes were regulated, with 3D CRT, sIMRT and IMRT involved in and conformal index and dose distribution uniformity analyzed and evaluated. Results sIMRT was better than 3D-CRT in the uniformity of dose dis- tribution and the protection of organs at risks(OAR), and somewhat worse than IMRT, but it took up less machine time and saved manpower and equipment resources.
