摘要
目的:观察Banin环路接合器联用Ohmeda Excel 210、110SE麻醉机的临床应用效果。方法:随机选择50例气管插管、全麻患者,在紧闭循环、机械通气后动脉血气结果正常的情况下安装Bain环路接合器,行Bain环路机械通气,氧气流量为70ml/(kg(体重).min-1)。结果:全部患者在应用Bain环路后15、30、60min PET CO2均在正常范围,无统计学差异。结论:根据患者体重的调节合适新鲜气体流量,Bain环路接合器联用Ohmeda Excel 210、110SE麻醉机临床应用可行,是较好的通气方式,呼气末CO2浓度或分压的监测尤为重要。
Objective To observe the GMS Bain Circuit Adapter combined with Ohmeda Excel 210,110SE anesthetic machine in clinical application. Methods 50 patients underwent closed-circuit general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation, BMS Bain Circuit Adapter was installed when arterial blood gas values were maintained normal. Then GMS Bain circuit mechanical ventilation was performed with 70ml/(kg. min^- 1)oxygen flow. Patients PETCO2 values after 15, 30 and 60 minutes using this circuit system were observed and recorded respectively. Results PETCO2 values of patients after 15, 30 and 60 minutes using GMS Bain circuit mechanical ventilation were maintained in normal range. Conclusion If fresh gas flow is adjusted suitably, GMS Bain Circuit Adapter in conjunction with Ohmeda Excel 210,110SE anesthetic machine is feasible for clinical application. Monitoring of PETCO2 is particularly important when this system are being used.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 (4) : 66-67]
